This study was done for a private developer. The study utilizes the property efficiently, as allowed by zoning ordinances, by providing seven loft townhouse living units and a corner commercial space to activate the street level. The remainder portion of the lot is filled with surface parking tucked away behind units. The proposed exterior materials are smooth plaster, corten steel slats, metal panels and energy efficient glazing. Each living unit has ample outdoor patio spaces with garage style doors allowing for an indoor/outdoor living experience.
